Mr. Leo Xu oversees and leads the comprehensive activities of Bangladesh as the Regional CEO of the South Asia Region. He also leads Nepal, Pakistan, Maldives, Bhutan, Srilanka, Myanmar & the South Asia Region for Hexing Electrical Company Limited. With his 12 years of working experience in Bangladesh and 16 years of experience in International markets, he excels in strategic planning, branding and ensures excellence in every project. He has introduced many new products and technology first time in Bangladesh. He has developed Hexing as a renowned brand in Bangladesh from scratch.
After completing his studies in Electronic Science and Technology at Hunan University, he is continuously working for Bangladesh and thriving to create value for customers. He is considered as an Industry Leader in Bangladesh for his knowledge and experience in technology and Bangladesh market.
Currently looking after the market development and Branding, he believes in the development of Bangladesh, human resources, technology and a strong relationship between China and Bangladesh.

With the expertise of client management in the global market, Mr. Jing’s mission is to develop the Bangladesh Market for the diversified products of Hexing with improved client service and better customer support.
He is also serving as the Deputy Managing Director in Bangladesh Smart Electrical Company Limited, the JV company of Hexing & WZPDCL.
