Air Insulated RMU

HXHB-12 represents solid insulated series of the RMU . The nitrogen or dry compressed air is used as insulating medium. Meanwhile there is a vacuum interrupter. The protection level of HXHB-12 is IP67, the entire switching device is fully sealed to be isolated from external environment, which ensures a safe and reliable operation.

Solid Insulated RMU

This model of series HXGN-12 RMU is solid insulated .It is an eco-friendly device, fully insulated and sealed inside a metal-enclosure. This type of RMU is widely applicable in MV distribution networks (12/24 kV). All live compartments of the RMU are sealed by solid insulation materials through solid insulating bus bar connection mechanism.

ZW20 Outdoor Overhead Vacuum Circuit Breaker

ZW20 is a 3 phase vacuum circuit breaker with rated voltage of 12kV for operating frequency of 50HZ. This product is designed to be mounted on the pole. This product has connecting and disconnecting functions to protect the overhead line feeders from overload, over current and short circuit current. ZW20 has a wide range of application in power distribution networks as well as mining, traction control, etc. ZW20 is equipped with a controller in order to comply with requirement of the smart grids.

ZW32 Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker

ZW32 outdoor MV vacuum circuit breaker is designed for overhead distribution network up to 38kV. This product can break load current, overload current and short current. ZW32 supports manual as well as automatic operation modes. Both springs operation and permanent magnet operation are available as options.

HXD820 Cutout Single-Phase Recloser

HXD820 Cutout single-phase recloser, can be installed directly on a fuse insulator, as a current protection equipment in lateral lines, and a replacement to cut-out fuse.

It can automatically operate to protect the network following the user configured parameters opening the circuit on a single-phase overcurrent fault event (ANSI50/51) and auto reclose(ANSI 79) based in customer settings, restoring power supply in seconds if the fault is not permanent, the grid reliability can be greatly improved.

HXD430 Fault Circuit Indicator

HXD430 is a type of FCI which is designed for underground applications. Each set of HXD430 contains 3 over-current sensors and 1 zero-sequence sensor. The over-current sensors clamp on each of three phase and zero-sequence sensor clamps on the cable (one sensor for all 3 phases). Over-current sensors can detect short-circuit fault and zero-sequence sensor can detect ground fault. All sensors provide local indication and remote alert (via Optical fiber). Also a display panel is offered to show line current and fault status.

  • HXD420 is a Data Collection Unit (DCU) to manage and configure HXD410 FCIs.

HXD410 Fault Circuit Indicator

HXD410 is a type of FCI which is designed to be installed on distribution overhead lines. It can detect overload, short-circuit and ground fault. Furthermore, it can recognize transient fault and permanent faults. This model can indicate the fault by LEC illumination as well as rotary flag (in red color).  Meanwhile, if the system is equipped with RF module then it can provide remote alarm for dispatching center (or control station).
